Privacy Policy
Last updated June 1, 2026. This page is maintained by NORVENTA AI and describes how the NORVENTA terminal handles your data.
1. Who we are
NORVENTA ("we", "us") operates the crypto intelligence terminal at norventa.app. This policy explains what personal data the service processes, why, and what choices you have. Questions can be sent to privacy@norventa.app or raised through our contact page.
2. Data we collect
- Account data. When you register we store the email address, display name and authentication identifiers provided by our authentication provider. Passwords are never stored by us in readable form.
- Subscription data. Plan, trial state, activation dates and payment references needed to grant access. Crypto payments are identified by transaction hash and wallet address.
- Product data. Preferences you create inside the terminal such as watchlists, chart workspaces, saved drawings and support tickets.
- Wallet data. If you choose to connect a wallet, we process the public address and chain. Wallet connection is optional and read-only; we never request custody of funds or the ability to move assets.
- Technical data. Standard server and client logs including IP address, browser type, timestamps and error traces, used for security and reliability.
3. How we use data
- To create and secure your account and enforce trial or subscription access.
- To deliver terminal functionality, personalisation and support responses.
- To detect abuse, fraud and unauthorised access.
- To measure aggregate product usage so we can prioritise improvements.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your portfolio, watchlist or wallet data for advertising.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on contract performance (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (security, service improvement, fraud prevention) and consent where consent is specifically requested.
5. Service providers
NORVENTA relies on third-party infrastructure to operate: an authentication and database provider for accounts and stored preferences, a hosting and edge network provider for delivery, and market data providers whose public endpoints supply prices, on-chain and derivatives data. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security controls.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser local storage for essential purposes: keeping you signed in, remembering interface preferences such as sidebar state, and persisting watchlists and chart workspaces on your device. Blocking this storage will break parts of the terminal.
7. Retention
Account and subscription records are retained while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and dispute-resolution obligations. Operational logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging. When you delete your account, associated profile and preference data is removed or anonymised.
8. Security
Access to production data is restricted to authorised administrators through role-based controls, administrative actions are audit-logged, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your wallet software up to date.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Send requests to privacy@norventa.app; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
10. Children
NORVENTA is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. International transfers
Our infrastructure providers operate globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on our providers' contractual transfer safeguards for such processing.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announced inside the terminal.
