Terms of Service

1. The service

NORVENTA provides market data, analytics and AI-generated research tools for crypto markets. Access to some modules requires an active trial or paid subscription. Features may change, and modules may be added or withdrawn as the product evolves.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the service where you live. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or present a security or legal risk.

3. Trials, subscriptions and payment

• New accounts may receive a limited free trial of premium intelligence modules.
• After the trial, premium access requires an active subscription at the plan prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. Payments sent to an incorrect address or network cannot be recovered by us.
• Access ends when a subscription lapses; public modules remain available.

4. No financial advice

Nothing in NORVENTA is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Signals, conviction scores, trade parameters, AI commentary, whale alerts and any other output are informational research tools only. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose your entire capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

5. Data accuracy

Market, on-chain and derivatives data is sourced from third-party venues and providers. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and AI-generated analysis can be inaccurate. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute NORVENTA data or intelligence output without written permission.
• Do not share, resell or transfer account access to third parties.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe our infrastructure, or interfere with other users' access.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, including market manipulation.

7. Wallets and self-custody

Wallet connection is optional and used to read public address data or to sign actions you explicitly initiate. NORVENTA never takes custody of your assets and will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. You remain responsible for the security of your wallet.

8. Intellectual property

The NORVENTA name, brand, interface, models and content are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of anything.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NORVENTA is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or if required by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
